NEW Mindfulness for Anxiety Group

Start your New Year off right with our new Mindfulness for Anxiety group!

Would you like to respond more effectively to stressful situations, or approach personal and professional responsibilities with more composure? Our eight-week Mindfulness for Anxiety group will provide weekly sessions of education, training and opportunities to practice different mindfulness techniques, and communal support to enhance your learning and growth. Topics covered will include formal and informal meditations geared towards stress reduction, and mindful activities and exercises for daily practice. Modeled from an evidence-based approach with demonstrated success in helping with anxiety management, our eight-week group can help you enhance your innate capacity to recognize and care for your needs and feel more at peace in your life.

Lead by Katelyn Murphy and Judy Seoud.

Join us for eight 90 minute group sessions, starting January 20, 2020 on Mondays at 7:30 pm.

Cost: $75 / session. Discounts available for those with demonstrated financial need, and current Peaceful Way Psychology Patients.
