Diana Nikkhah, LMSW CST

As a certified Sex Therapist with specialized training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach that nurtures personal growth. My focus areas include treating depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and sexuality. With a collaborative and trauma-informed framework, I aim to reduce feelings of fear, shame, and judgment in all my sessions. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules, creating an inclusive, affirming space for diverse relationship dynamics.

I have a deep understanding of sexuality, sexual dysfunction, gender identity, kink, and non-monogamous relationships. Additionally, I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals living with HIV, addressing both their mental health and the unique challenges of their diagnosis.

In my personal life, I embrace the same wellness practices I encourage in therapy. From meditation and somatic movement to journaling and spending time outdoors, I believe in a holistic approach to well-being. I’m passionate about tennis, skiing, yoga, dance, and playing my bass guitar, and I cherish my connections within the music festival community. Through both my professional and personal life, I strive to embody the balance and growth I help my clients achieve.
