Hello, I’m Natalie,

The environment I foster in the therapy room is warm, compassionate, and supportive so that you feel comfortable expressing and exploring yourself. I strive to create the best environment to get to know the authentic you so that I can better understand what you bring into therapy. I see every person as unique and together we will curate a plan that helps you move closer to your goals

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in anxiety and trauma. I also work with clients struggling with stress from daily life, depression, grief/loss, body image, self love, relationship/couples work, and navigating self improvement.

You can expect to hear my voice in sessions. I walk the fine line of listening and remaining active with clients. This helps you to feel heard, seen, and validated. Your reality is important to me, so I work with you to understand you and your point of view in every situation. I am constantly striving towards a healthy working therapeutic relationship with my clients.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who wish to improve their lives. My interventions include a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, mindfulness and person-centered therapy. This will include behavioral approaches, homework, and additional resources to therapy, when appropriate. Together, we will work to uncover how your issues started, and explore ways to adapt and accomplish your goals. I will work alongside you as you start this journey of healing, processing, growing and much more!

A little bit about me:

I live in Manhattan with my two cats. They will occasionally make a VIP appearance on virtual appointments. I enjoy spending time in nature and crafting. These help me remain grounded in life and practice the art of noticing.

I am glad you are here – getting started in therapy can be daunting! Read some of the testimonials below to get a better sense of therapy with me. Please reach out and let us know how we can best help you!

Natalie is a wonderful therapist. She's somehow both sensitive and to-the-point, allowing me the space to explore my feelings and where they come from, but also giving me pragmatic, takeaway coping habits to deal with stressors in my regular life. Would highly recommend Natalie
